PRIMARK OPENING

Before I go all fashion week on you, I want to tell you about the Primark opening. Primark finally open its doors to a two story center full of shopping. Along with other bloggers and Primark representatives as well as press, I was invited for the Pre-opening, which meant I was allowed early admission, treated to a breakfast, listened to a speech by the founder of Primark (Kudos to her German skills!) and given a tour of the store, before the official opening at 11. o'clock.
With the 50€ gift voucher I found in my goodie bag I went shop shop shopping! There was no turning back at that point. Haha!
It was nice to see a million familiar blogger faces and the Grayling Team was so kind as usual.

PRIMARK A/W 2012

First thing about Primark's autumn/winter collection: it's great!
I was surprised how fashionable Primark has gotten and how it's keeping up to trend.
Primark is launching 5 collection coming up this autumn/winter with inspiration taken from street style but also bigger designers such as Chloé or Alexander McQueen.

I hope Bonsoir is French for Good Morning. But there is a huge chance I'm mistaking. Let's just pretend I'm right :P

The last few days have been super chilled for me. I've been enjoying miniature holidays (just a few days off school) and the superhot weather Berlin is suddenly graced with. On one of the days I went to visit my friend Jasmin and carried a shit load amount of stuff with me, because she was going to help me with my project. It's the first time I'm wearing my Zara ballet slippers. Those slippers are horrible! They may look cute but they scratched open both my feet in only 5 minute of walking. :( Never experienced that before. I'm forced to wear open shoes at the moment, so my feet can heal of without pain.

MY UK SHOPPING

While in England during the Easter holidays I had to visit my favourite UK shops. Think Topshop (****), Primark, New Look etc. But this time I found surprising little, which was good, because it left me with more money to splurge at the duty-free section at the airport after a morning that's become famous in my family as 'Horror at London Luton Airport'.
But that's another story (which will follow up on the blog, once I feel like typing it out ^^).

I found a super cute blouse and blouse/dress at Primark and probably the best deal ever: The blue pants were only 2 pounds!
Also can't stop wearing my new New Look necklaces. I'm currently pairing them with EVERYTHING in my closet. New Look has these great deals were you get a piece for jewellery for the price of one. 2 for 1! Pretty rad. Plus I get 10% student discount, but that saves you like a pound or something.

Dear Cashmere opened launched its online store for the first time today. I was allowed to pick a few pieces to style up.
First up is the cream colored cardigan. I'm madly in love with this cardigan, because the feeling of it against my skin is just the best.

GRAZIA STYLE NIGHT

Here are the pictures from the Grazia Style Night that took place a while back. I haven't been able to share them with you, but here they are. I wore my new Zara shoes, THE Zara shoes (remember the story?) out for the first time that night. And they are really comfy. Still got a pair for anyone who wants them!
Anyway, I'm back home after a day of horror at London Luton airport, a little stressed and deprived of sleep, but happy to be home again. Tonight I'm going to the Drake concert with my friend. Excited much! :) Last time we went to a concert together it was a hell lot of fun :D Hoping today will even better!

Hier sind die Bilder der Grazia Style Night, die schon etwas länger her zurück liegt. Ich bin vorher nicht dazu gekommen, sie mit euch zu teilen, aber hier sind sie jetzt. Ich hab meine neuen Zara Schuhe, DIE Zara Schuhe (erinnert ihr euch?), zum ersten Mal ausgeführt. Und sie waren ziemlich gemütlich. Hab immer noch ein Paar übrig für jeder, der sie mag!
Jedenfalls bin ich wieder zu Hause nach einem Tag voller Horror am London Luton Flughafen, etwas gestresst und schlafgeraubt, aber froh endlich wieder daheim zu sein. Heute Abend geh ich aufs Drake Konzert mit meiner Freundin. Aufgeregt! :) Letztes Mal als wir zusammen auf einem Konzert waren, hatten wir unglaublich viel Spaß :D Hoffe heute wird sogar noch besser!

MINIATURE UPDATE FROM MY LIFE

Right now I'm blogging from England. A few days back I was in Northampton visiting my cousin with my brother and mother and right now I am in Leicester to visit my uncle.


I watched The Hunger Games and I loved it!
Though I don't really understand the comparisons with Twilight. Children slaughtering each other and a girl falling in love with a Vampire does not exactly strike me as similar. Or is it just the crazy ass fans, the hype and hysteria that are being compared? I know for a fact that Twilight fans are mental, I haven't checked out The Hunger Games fan base, so I can't really comment on that. Either way if you get time to check out the movie, you should. :)


Anyway, more ground breaking news is that I FINALLY watched Easy A starring Emma Stone. ADORE. I love the fact that Olive (who on earth calls their daughter Olive??! Haha!) is just an everyday girl making fun of high school's primitive mentality but finding herself being caught in the middle of lies with good intentions.
Btw how hot fit, as British would say, does Lonely Boy aka Penn Badgley look in that movie??


Which reminds me I caught the latest episode of GossipGirl today. All I can say is that if there was underwear with Team Ivy or Team Van Der Woodsen/Upper East Side Bitches I'd be wearing Team Ivy right now. I'm developing a great dislike for the Upper East Side's behaviour, so you can't exactly blame me for bursting out laughing when Da Realz Gossip Girl dissed Serena. buuurrrn!

Most disappointing thing today was opening my suitcase, ready to jump into my Onepiece and get all snuggly, but having to realize I left it at home. I LEFT IT AT HOME!!!!! Bummer! England of all countries should be the home of Onepiece wearers. No weather calls more for snuggly cozy lazy days in bed in a Onepiece than here. I think I'll never be able to live in England permanently, because as a matter of fact I'd spend nearly everyday inside feeling too unmotivated to leave the house due to weather. I checked the forecast, no surprises.
Whats a snuggly day without a Onepiece? Exactly! Not snuggly at all.


Mid Season Sale!! Keeping my fingers crossed mid season sale has hit England too. On my shopping list: Topshop and Primark. The classics I guess.


I'm dying to catch Project X with my friends in cinema. I hope it'll be out by the time I'm back. I sense it's going to be the most epic movie of all times - all times!! (credits to Kanye here) after Hangover. (Or maybe even before Hangover? ;) ) Check out the trailer and you'll know why! :)


Berlin got it's first Hollister store! So sad I had to miss the event, one of many this week. I found out that there are several people I know working there. The world is so small!

ADIDAS WOMEN STYLE NIGHT

Last Thursday I took my friend Louisa along to the Adidas Women Style Night event that took place at their Münzstraße Store. We were greeted with good drinks, finger food and good music and a crowd radiating good vibes. What more do you need for a good night?

Letzten Donnerstag lud Adidas zur Adidas Women Style Night im Münzstraße Store ein und zusammen mit meiner Freundin Louisa ging ich dorthin. Zum Gruß gabs gute Drinks, Häppchen, Musik und eine gute Stimmung. Was braucht man mehr für eine guten Abend?

Here is my outfit from the Miosato event. I'm wearing a grey t-shirt and skirt from H&M and decided to pimp it with a DIY wrap skirt on top. Last time I wore a DIY wrap skirt, it looked pretty short, although I was wearing a black skirt underneath.

Hier ist mein Outfit vom Miosato event. Ich trage ein graues T-Shirt und einen grauen Rock, beides von H&M. Ich entschloss mich dazu, es etwas aufzupumpen indem ich einen DIY Wickelrock drüber bund. Das letzte Mal, als ich einen DIY Wickelrock trug, sah das ganze leider etwas zu kurz aus. Dabei hatte ich einen schwarzen Rock drunter.
Und dann möchte ich mich nochmal für alle Glückwünsche zu meinem Geburtstag freuen. Ihr seid einfach die besten!

YESTERDAY IN THE PARK

Was habt ihr so tolles in den letzten Tagen gemacht? Ich genieße es einfach, dass ich jetzt 2 Wochen Herbstferien habe (yaaaa...aay). Ich habe letztens diesen romantischen, ruhigen Park hinterm vollem Kudamm entdeckt. Naja gut, meine Freunde haben ihn mir gezeigt und seit dem haben wir die letzten Tagen dort gechillt.
Ganz ehrlich, Berlin steckt voller Überraschungen.

Hier ist es in den letzten Tagen etwas ruhig geworden und es tut mir Leid für den Mangel an Updates.

Wir sind nicht lange geblieben und es war nicht annähernd so voll wie die Stylenight im Februar, als Andy von Stylescrapbook da war.
Schule ist in letzter Zeit so stressig, aber am Ende der Woche habe ich Ferien! :D

EASY PEASY

Okay, here is what I wore. It's pretty simple: top, pants, shoes. Doesn't actually get any easier than this x) But I added one of my favorite statement necklaces, so it doesn't look too boring.
But that's what I wear on a lazy day :)
(Normally I'd wear flats. As you can see I couldn't really decide between dressing up and don't giving a fuck xD)

Hier ist was ich trug. Es ist ziemlich simple: Top, Hose und Schuhe. Get ja nicht einfacher x) Aber ich habe eine meiner Lieblingsstatementketten dazu getragen, damit es nicht ganz so langweilig ist. Irgendeinen Touch brauchte es ja doch.
Aber das ist was ich an einem 'lazy day' trage :)
(Normallerweise würde ich dazu flache Schuhe tragen. Aber wie ihr sehen könnt, konnte ich mich nicht recht entscheiden zwischen mich richitg anziehen oder drauf scheißen xD)

Ich liebe Anzüge, besonders Anzüge mit shorts. Aber ich kriege einfach nicht genug von Blazer. Man kann sie so versatile tragen, chic, business-mäßig, casual und sporty, wenn man sie mit Sneaker trägt :D

Last night was my friend's birthday party and it was so much fun. I'm still so exhausted from last night, but luckily you can't read the hangover in my face. Had to leave her place early this morning (stayed the night at hers) and I really couldn't bother accessorizing my outfit or do something to my hair. Jep, I'm wearing the lazy bun. I left my outfit really simple with a blazer and a jumpsuit I got from Primark about two years ago. But I still asked my little brother to take quick snaps of my outfit from today.
I'm not exactly dying to post pictures from last night on my blog. Not really digging the idea of posting my crappy teenage homeparty pics. You know the scenery, kinda like Skins x) But that's what we all have facebook for right? :P But latest when our bosses start stalking our facebook profiles, we'll regret having friends who are keen on updating their facebook albums with "last nights" pics.

Letzte Nacht hat meine Freundin ihren Geburtstag gefeiert und es war sehr lustig. Ich bin immer noch müde von letzte Nacht, aber zum Glück steht mir der Hangover nicht ins Gesicht geschrieben. Ich musste recht früh gehen heute morgen (hab bei ihr übernachtet) und ich hab micht wirklich oder etwas mit meinen Haaren zu machen. Jap, ich trage den lazy bun (Fauler Dutt). Mein Outfit ist sehr simple, ein Blazer von H&M und mein Jumpsuit von Primark, den ich vor ungefähr zwei Jahren gekauft habe. Aber ich habe meinen Bruder trotzdem gefragt mal eben schnell ein paar Bilder zu machen.

Ich brenne nicht darauf die Bilder von letzte Nacht auf meinem Blog zu posten. Stehe nicht wirklich auf die Idee schlechte Teenager Homeparty Bilder zu posten. Ihr kennt die Szenerie, ein bisschen wie Skins x) Aber dafür haben wir doch Facebook, nicht wahr? :P Aber spätestens dann, wenn unsere Bosse unsere Facebook Profile stalken, werden wir es bereuen, dass wir Freunde haben, die immer darauf brennen die neuesten "Letzte Nacht" Bilder zu veröffentlichen.

Oh die Jugend, die Jugend!

So müde, aber ich muss noch Hausaufgaben machen. Woohoo! Not.
